About Mary:

Mary comes to Retrofit from Limeade, with more than 25 years of experience helping grow early stage companies into high-performance healthcare and wellness leaders with the highest levels of customer engagement and satisfaction. Prior to joining Retrofit, Mary served as Senior Vice President, Operations & Customer Delight of Limeade, Inc. Earlier, she served as Vice President/General Manager of Johnson & Johnson’s Wellness & Prevention subsidiary. She also held the position of Vice President of Sales at Ceridian, following a successful career with United Health’s Optum division. Mary holds a Bachelors degree from Marquette University and a Masters in Social Work degree from Loyola University. Mary grew up in a large family and has three children of her own. She has vowed to walk to work each day, while contemplating the things she is most thankful for. Mary works with her Retrofit team to keep the treats she loves like good wine and lattes. She enjoys scrapbooking and annual “Black Friday” shopping sprees with her siblings.
