About Matthew

Matthew brings more than 15 years of health care experience, specifically in behavioral change and wellness, to his role. He comes to Retrofit from Johnson & Johnson, Inc., where he served as VP of Market Development for the Human Performance Institute and VP of Sales for Wellness & Prevention, Inc. Prior to that, Matthew served in sales leadership roles at Cigna and Health Net. Matthew has served on several industry boards including Integrated Benefits Institute and Institute for Health & Productivity Management. He is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he lives with his wife and two children.
